Recruit marketers, keep them selling, and the milestones pay you automatically.
Marketers earn ₦2,000 per vendor, paid nightly — that fire drives itself. Your work is to light it in fifty places at once: find hungry marketers, train them with the marketer manual, and unblock the ones wey stall.
2. The milestone ladder
Your vendors are counted across BOTH products together — OgaStaff + NaijaKash. Every marketer you register, every vendor they sign on either product, counts into ONE combined number.

You collect

₦150,000
5,000
₦250,000
10,000
₦500,000

₦1,500,000
40,000
₦2,000,000
50,000
₦2,500,000
Each rung pays once, the night you cross it — automatically, straight to your verified bank, at 12 midnight. The rungs add up: summit the whole ladder and you have collected every rung on the way.
The gate: 50+ registered marketers. No matter how many vendors, no rung pays until your combined marketer count reaches 50. Build the army first.
Your live combined progress shows on your dashboard — the count, the next rung, and which rungs don PAY.
Important: milestones are computed and paid through your OgaStaff supervisor account. Even if you mainly push NaijaKash, make sure you are registered as a supervisor on OgaStaff with the SAME phone number, and your bank is verified there.
3. Extra money: your own marketer code
Any supervisor fit ALSO carry a personal marketer code. Every vendor you personally sign = ₦2,000 to you, paid nightly, exactly like every marketer — on top of your ladder. Ask admin to register you as a marketer with your number, and your two incomes run side by side.
4. Login & your bank account
One-tap login
Open ogastaff.ng/supervisor → enter your zone (or your name) + your phone → Continue with WhatsApp.
Press the green button → WhatsApp opens with a ready message → press SEND → return to the browser — e logs you in by itself. No code to type.
Your payout account
Dashboard → 🏦 Payout account → choose bank, enter account number → we verify the name with your bank before saving.
No verified bank = no milestone payment. The money waits, but e no fit move. Do this on day one.
"Every shop wey you sign collect ₦2,000 — paid into your bank THE SAME NIGHT, 12 midnight, no waiting, no target. The shop sef saves ₦1,000. You fit sign 3 shops in one afternoon — na ₦6,000 that night. I go train you and give you your code today."
Registering them
Dashboard → Register a marketer → name + phone + market/street.
Their code generates instantly and lands on their WhatsApp with the welcome message.
Send them the marketer manual (ogastaff.ng/marketer/manual) and walk them through one live demo before you release them.
Make sure dem verify their bank on first login — no bank, no payout, and an unpaid marketer is a discouraged marketer.
6. Managing the team — your dashboard
The ladder card — your combined vendors, combined marketers, next rung, and paid rungs.
Your marketers table — each one's vendors, unpaid balance, bank status.
⚠️ Zero-vendor alert — marketers with no sales. Call them the same week: either they need help with the demo, or the code is idle. Retrain or replace.
🏦 No-bank alert — marketers who can't be paid. Chase them; their frustration becomes your churn.
Revoke — for fraud or misconduct. Their code dies and their unpaid balance freezes. Use with a written reason; admin sees everything.
The weekly rhythm that wins
Monday: check zero-vendor list, call every name on it.
Midweek: field day — join your two weakest marketers in the market and sell with them. Skills transfer by watching.
Friday: celebrate the week's top earner in your team group. Public praise recruits harder than any advert.
40 vendors na just 2 vendors a week for 5 months per marketer. A serious marketer signs 2 in one market day.
And the same 2,000 vendors already paid your marketers ₦4,000,000 in nightly commissions along the way — a team wey dey chop stays hungry for more.
From there the ladder compounds: the same machine running longer reaches 5,000, then 10,000. The rungs get bigger while the work stays the same.
Both products count. A marketer wey sells NaijaKash to online sellers and OgaStaff to service businesses climbs your ladder twice as fast — train your team to carry both.
ogastaff.ng/supervisor — the ladder is live. Build.
